General Shipping Information

Once your order has been shipped from our Sydney warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for delivery. If you are not present at the specified address, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.

Our warehouse's standard processing time is 1 to 2 business days. During high-demand periods, please allow up to 6 business days. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped once all items are available.

30-Day In-Home Trial

Britax capsules, spare parts, free gifts, furniture, and nursery accessories are excluded from the 30-day in-home trial. These items must be returned to Redsbaby unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Free Returns

Spare parts, accessories, sale items, furniture and nursery accessories, ex-demo items, display items, imperfect box products, and warehouse sale items are excluded from free returns. These items must be returned to Redsbaby at the customer's expense.

Bundles and capsules purchased as part of a travel system are eligible for returns. If all products are returned, a full refund will be issued. For partial returns, a partial refund will be provided.

Warranty

All Redsbaby products come with a standard 24-month warranty. To receive an additional 12 months of coverage, customers must complete our registration form within 60 days of receiving their order. The standard 24-month warranty begins on the date the item is shipped from the Redsbaby warehouse.

Products labeled as "Ex-Demo," "Display," "Warehouse Sale," "Refurbished Stock," "Imperfect Box," "Sale/Outlet," and "Discontinued" come with the standard 24-month warranty but are not eligible for the additional 12-month warranty.
