We want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer 100 Day Free Returns on eligible products purchased directly from Redsbaby in Australia.​

If your product isn’t the perfect fit for your family, you can return it within 100 days of delivery.​

Open your product and use it as intended to ensure it suits your family’s needs. ​

Easy returns​
If it’s not right for you:​
• Repack it exactly as delivered​
• Ensure it is in ‘as new’ condition​
• Include all original packaging, shipping carton, cardboard fillers, protective inserts, plastic wrapping and stabilising components​
• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid Australia Post return shipping label. When the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.​

Free return shipping applies to eligible products within Australia only.​

To be eligible for a return:​
• The request must be made within 100 days of delivery​
• The product must be returned in ‘as new’ condition​
• It must be repacked in the original shipping carton​
• All internal cardboard fillers, protective inserts, plastic wrapping and stabilising materials must be included​
• The product must match the product shipped in the original order (including serial numbers/ batch codes)​
• The product return must be dispatched within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label from Redsbaby.​

If a product is returned without full original packaging or does not meet the condition requirements, the return will be declined.​

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.​

The following products are not eligible for return due to change of mind and are not eligible for free return shipping:​
• Products purchased from third parties or second-hand sellers​
• Products marked as ‘Ex-Demo’, ‘Display’, ‘Imperfect Box’, ‘Reconditioned Stock’, ‘Warehouse Sale’, ‘Outlet’ or ‘Discontinued’​
• Spare parts​
• Discount Products offered by Customer Care​
• Returns outside Australia​

The Redsbaby b-pod by Britax Capsule may only be returned if it is unopened and sealed in its original packaging.​

We offer 100 Day Free Returns on eligible products, so you can shop with confidence and make sure your Redsbaby product is the right fit for your family.

How to return your order:
• Repack the product in ‘as new’ condition with all original packaging, including the shipping carton, cardboard fillers, protective inserts and plastic wrapping used during delivery.
• Submit your return request through the Redsbaby Returns Portal within 100 days of delivery, providing the required order details and information.
• Once your return is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Before sending the product back:
• Remove any existing shipping labels from the original packaging
• Repack the product securely with all original packaging and protective materials
• Drop the parcel at your local Australia Post office within 5 business days
If the return is not dispatched within 5 business days of receiving the return label, the return request may be declined.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Products must be returned in ‘as new’ condition with all original packaging and protective materials. The Redsbaby b-pod by Britax Capsule must be unopened and completely sealed in its original packaging.

For Baby Bundles, a full refund is only available if all items in the bundle are returned together. If only part of a bundle is returned, the order will be recalculated based on the individual product prices.

Accessories and spare parts are not eligible for free return shipping and must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Products marked as ‘Ex-Demo’, ‘Reconditioned Stock’, ‘Imperfect Box’, ‘Display’, ‘Warehouse Sale’ or ‘Outlet’ are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Free return shipping applies to all Redsbaby products purchased directly from Redsbaby within Australia, excluding:​
• Accessories ​
• Products marked as ‘Ex-Demo’, ‘Reconditioned Stock’, ‘Imperfect Box’ or ‘Display’ ​
• Products marked as ‘Warehouse Sale’ or ‘Outlet’ Products (unless expressly stated)​
• Returns outside Australia​
• Products that do not meet eligibility or packaging requirements​

If all Products in a Baby Bundle are returned, a full refund will be provided (excluding shipping).​

If only part of a Bundle is returned, the order will be recalculated as if the retained items were purchased separately at their applicable price at the time of purchase. Any conditional discounts will be reversed and deducted from the refund.​

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but swapping is simple.​

​Return your eligible Product within 100 days and once approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. You can then place a new order for the Product that suits you best.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your order.​

Full-price items purchased during a temporary promotion are eligible for return under our 100 Day Free Returns policy, provided they meet the return conditions.​

Products marked as ‘Ex-Demo’, ‘Reconditioned Stock’, ‘Imperfect Box’ or ‘Display’ are final sale and not eligible for return due to change of mind. Products marked as ‘Warehouse Sale’ or sold through the ‘Outlet’ are also final sale and not eligible for return, unless expressly stated.​

Once received, returns are assessed within 5 business days.​

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.​

We understand that choosing the right baby products for your family is a big decision. That's why we offer a 30-Day Trial with Free Returns*.

How to make a return:

STEP 1: Re-pack the product with all its original packaging.

STEP 2: Complete our RETURNS FORM and we will email you a free returns shipping label*.

STEP 3: Drop the product off at your local post office.

Once we receive your returned product, we'll arrange your refund.

Products must be return unused and in original condition, with all packaging.
The Britax b-pod Capsule must be returned to Redsbaby unopened and completely sealed in its original packaging;
* Spare Parts, Accessories and Sale/Outlet, are excluded from free returns and must be returned to Redsbaby at the customer's expense.
RETURN ACCESSORY/ SPARE PART

30-day indoor trial

  • Customers who purchase through the Redsbaby website or via phone order can return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
  • Refunds apply only to the original purchaser and require proof of purchase.
  • Gift with purchase items must also be returned, or their value will be deducted from the refund.
  • The Redsbaby b-pod by Britax Capsule, must be unopened and sealed in its original packaging.

    Exclusions
  • Products purchased from third parties, including retailers, distributors, or second-hand resellers.
  • Ex-demo, display, imperfect boxes, reconditioned stock, warehouse sale, or outlet items.
  • Spare parts and gift with purchase items.
  • Multiple identical products (only one can be refunded per order, per customer).
  • The b-pod by Britax Capsule, unless it is unopened and sealed in its original packaging.
  • Partial returns of Baby Bundles—a full refund is only available if all items in the bundle are returned.

    Free returns
  • Free returns do not apply to: Accessories, spare parts, sale and outlet items, discounted items offered by customer care, ex-demo, display, imperfect boxes, or warehouse sale items

    Return conditions
  • Products must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, free from damage, marks, or signs of use, and repacked in original packaging, including protective fillers.
  • Free returns are available within Australia only, with Redsbaby providing a return shipping label.
  • Returns must be sent within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

    Faulty products
  • Faulty products are covered under Australian Consumer Law.
  • If a product has a major fault, a refund will be issued for that item only.
