General Warranty FAQs

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to all Redsbaby prams and strollers purchased on or after the applicable launch date and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship when the Product has been used under normal conditions and in accordance with the user guide and technical specifications. It excludes complimentary accessories included in the box, accessories or spare parts purchased separately.​

“Lifetime” refers to the expected usable life of the Product when used and maintained as intended. Normal wear and tear, ageing, accidental damage and misuse are not covered.​

​If a warranty claim is assessed as a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, it will be covered under the Lifetime Warranty. Redsbaby will, at its discretion, repair the Product, replace the affected component, or provide a comparable Product rather than replacing the entire Product.​

The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.​

Our warranty is designed to cover manufacturing faults, but there are some exclusions to be aware of (to the extent permitted by law). The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage or defects caused by improper care or use
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, marks, and fading
  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorised sellers
  • Incorrect assembly or installation of parts not made by Redsbaby
  • Tyre wear and punctures (tyres require maintenance and may need replacement over time)
  • Accidental or intentional damage, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage to grips or fabrics from regular handling and daily use
  • Airline or transport damage—please inspect your product after travel and submit claims directly to your airline or insurer
  • Dissatisfaction with personal preferences, such as fit, weight, functionality, colour, or style
  • Products with missing or damaged batch numbers
  • Products not used according to the manufacturer’s instructions

Additionally, warranties do not apply to products purchased for rental, hire, or commercial use.

Once we receive your warranty claim with all required information, we aim to process it within 2–3 business days.

If your product is outside the warranty period, we can still assess it and recommend repair centers or spare parts to help resolve the issue.
