You can try our products for 30 days to make sure they're right for your family. If you're not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us for free, from anywhere in Australia.
We want to make sure you love your Redsbaby product as much as we do.
The 30 Day Trial starts from the day you receive your product.
When your Redsbaby product arrives, unbox and set it up to ensure it's suitable for your family. If it's not right for you, simply re-box the product in its original packaging and submit an online 30-Day Trial Return Request within 30 days of having received the product. We will provide you with a returns label to return the product to us free of charge.
Some products are not included in the 30 Day Trial, including Baby Capsules, Accessories, Outlet products and Spare Parts. These items must be returned to Redsbaby unopened and in their original packaging.
The product must be returned unused and in 'as-new' condition with all original labels and packaging.
We recommend you unbox your products inside on a soft surface such as a rug or carpet as products showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
Yes, you will need to keep all original packaging and return the product to us in the same way you received it to recieve your refund.
Returning your product is easy.
Once you have re-boxed your product in its original packaging, simply submit a 30-Day Trial Return Request within 30 days of having received your product. We will email an Australia Post label to you to secure on the box or satchel that you’re returning to us. When you take the boxes to your nearest Post Office, they will scan the label to track your return.
Refunds are made to the original payment method as soon as your product return has been reviewed by Redsbaby. This can take between 5-10 business days.
While most items are eligible for free returns, some items are excluded including accessories, spare parts, sale and outlet items.
